Blesst Bowden is a 21 year old actress, dancer, and writer born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She began dancing at the age of four and began acting only one year later. She began working in commercials and entered the television/film arena in 2006. Blesst also dabbles in the voice over world, lending her voice to commercials, the video game Bioshock, and a "Peanuts" classic, Happiness is a Warm Blanket, Charlie Brown. Aside from her work in short films, Blesst has also appeared in the independent feature film Dark Was the Night (formerly Behold My Heart). She has a passion for stories and storytelling, and that passion has recently extended into writing short stories and screenplays. Her writing often centers around culture, race, and ethnicity, and how those elements influence other parts of life and identity, with particular focus on their relationship to identity in the entertainment industry. Blesst is a senior at the University of Southern California double majoring in Law, History, and Culture and Theatre. She continues to act, dance, and perform while pursuing her degrees.
